How Local Drop-Off Works

1. Connect with your chosen provider first. For Wild Phil, complete their online form (this reserves your place in their queue). For Marci, email to discuss availability, pricing, and design preferences.
2. Prep your project per the provider’s specs. Follow their current instructions (pressing, thread trimming, backing/batting sizing, etc.).
3. Bring your quilt to Sewtopia for check-in. Include the quilt top, backing, and batting (if you’re providing it). Attach your printed form or your contact details clearly.
4. Pick-up & payment. Your quilter will invoice you directly. After payment, your quilt will be returned to Sewtopia for pick-up during business hours, or shipped to you per the provider’s options.

What to Include

• Printed form or contact info: Wild Phil’s completed form (if using Wild Phil) or your name, email, phone, and provider name (Wild Phil or Marci).
• Quilt top: pressed, threads trimmed, lies flat.
• Backing & batting: sized to your provider’s current requirements.

Timeline & Notifications

Pick-ups from Sewtopia and returns are coordinated on each provider’s schedule (e.g., Wild Phil typically twice monthly). Turnaround time is set by the provider and may vary by season, volume, or holidays. Your provider will notify you directly when your quilt is finished and ready.

Pricing, Availability & Options

All pricing, minimums, availability, rush fees, batting/binding options, and turnaround times are set by your chosen provider and shared directly by them. To avoid outdated info, we do not post prices here.

Terms, Responsibility & Privacy

• Service provider: Quilting services are performed solely by your chosen provider (Wild Phil Quilting or Marci Warren). Sewtopia serves as a local drop-off/pick-up location.
• Claims & workmanship: Questions about workmanship, design, pricing, or timelines must be directed to your provider.
• Handling & transport: Sewtopia will exercise reasonable care while holding and transferring your project.
• Privacy: To facilitate service, Sewtopia may share your contact details and project info with your chosen provider. See our Privacy Policy.
